We arrived in Kodiak Alaska in the spring of 1974, for us it was an adventure we thought would only last a year. We fell in love with place, we raised three children here. The beauty and the people of this place has a way of grabbing you and not letting you leave. With our children grown, we to use our family home as a vacation rental, we added a couple of smaller houses near us to become Large Vacation Rentals.
I hope you will feel comfortable in our houses, it is a joy for us to see guests return every year. For the most popular times I do suggest making reservations a year in advance because will do fill up fast.
